Where do I find my PayPal transaction ID?
It’s a 17-character string of letters and digits —
something like 1AB23456CD789012E. PayPal holds it, not us:
- The original PayPal receipt email — search your inbox for “Receipt for your payment to Creative Nevada Limited” (that’s our legal entity). The transaction ID is near the bottom. Works whether you had a PayPal account or paid as a guest.
- Your PayPal activity at paypal.com/activity (account holders). Open the payment and copy the Transaction ID.
Heads up: our own order-confirmation email doesn’t include the transaction ID, so don’t waste time hunting in our emails — it’s only ever in PayPal’s records.
One ID is enough
Bought from us multiple times over the years? You don’t need every transaction ID — any one will do. We use it to identify you, then we show every order linked to your PayPal account on a single page.
Can’t find an ID? Try ours.
If none of your transaction IDs work (it happens occasionally — PayPal sometimes records a different ID than the one on your receipt), email support with what you remember and we’ll match the order manually. We have records going back over 10 years.
